CarrierX IP Ranges
To provide stronger network resilience, scaling, and faster access from different regions, CarrierX established servers in various locations. To be able to process the voice calls from CarrierX, you must open your firewall for the connections from the IP addresses described in this article.
Signaling IPs
You may send and receive calls using any of the following IP addresses. For outbound calling, we recommend a failover or round-robin setup to ensure service in the event you are unable to reach one of our datacenters.
- 12.7.192.27
- 162.251.181.136
- 162.251.183.11
You may also receive calls from CarrierX from the secondary IP addresses below. Please ensure you configure your switch to receive traffic from any of the primary or secondary IP addresses.
- 3.127.144.90
- 54.162.110.211
- 54.254.64.158
- 64.68.184.201
- 162.251.182.20
- 185.193.40.23
- 202.167.246.103

Media IPs
To deliver media traffic, CarrierX uses wider IP addresses ranges. We recommend that you firewall the signaling IPs and leave the ports used for media delivery open.
